Creator & Founder
With degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Event Planning from Kent State University, Lauren has always been drawn to creative industries and the power of thoughtful storytelling. That passion inspired her to launch Lauren in the Land - a brand rooted in connection, creativity, and community.
Originally from Ohio and now based in the Cleveland area, Lauren wears several hats in both business and life. In addition to digital marketing, she manages her own small crafting brand LuLu Rose by Lauren, and works as a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Living, serving on the Amanda Pohlman Team.
Outside of work, she finds joy in all things creative - from design and fashion to crafting and video games. She’s also a proud cat mom to Moose and Bear, who take their roles as unofficial office assistants very seriously. Her family means everything to her - and so does good food.
Lauren believes in showing up with purpose, leading with kindness, and creating with heart. And as a lifelong Cleveland sports fan, she definitely knows a thing or two about staying loyal. 😉

Social Media Coordinator
Epiphany is a Social Media Coordinator and Administrative Assistant whose love for content creation sparked back in 2020 and eventually led her to study Applied Media and Communications at Kent State University.A fun fact about her: she spent six years living in Asheville, North Carolina — but she’s an Ohio girl at heart.
She found her Social Media stride in the wellness and fitness space, working in that community for two years before joining LITL. She brings creativity, energy, and a people-first attitude to everything she does. Epiphany loves making connections, trying new things, and keeping life fun both online and off.
When she’s not working, she’s usually out on a run, hitting a workout class, planning her next trip, or spending time with her boyfriend Seth, friends, and family. She’s a big fan of shopping days, good laughs, and watching or attending sporting events.
Life stays busy - but always in the best way.

Social Media Coordinator
Rachel graduated with a degree in communications from Ohio University with minors in business and marketing. A fun fact about her is that she was on the track team at OU, competing in discus, hammer, javelin, and shot put. She found her passion for PR when she started in her first “big girl” role as a public relations associate.She was raised in Port Clinton, Ohio, where she found her love for the lake very early on, and grew up coming to Cleveland to support the Guardians. She now lives in the heart of downtown Cleveland and loves every minute of it. She is always creative in her work and on her social media. She has grown her personal social media immensely, as well as the companies she has worked for.
Outside of the 9-5, Rachel is usually spending time with her basset hound, June, at Edgewater or moseying around downtown. She and her boyfriend love attending Cleveland sporting events and can be found in the Dawg Pound every Sunday, rain, shine, or snow. She is also a baker, a runner, and loves hosting people in her home.
